March CEU: Think Outside the Box: Strengthening ABA Through Collaboration and Innovation

Behavior analysis does not exist in isolation, and neither do the people we serve. This presentation invites BCBAs and RBTs to reimagine professional growth by stepping beyond traditional disciplinary boundaries and embracing interdisciplinary learning. As the BACB shifts continuing education requirements and moves away from DEI-focused credits, behavior analysts are challenged to take greater ownership of ethical, culturally responsive, and inclusive practice. This training explores how social work, psychology, education, and public health have advanced through collaborative research models, and how ABA can grow stronger by joining hands with these fields. Participants will engage in discussion, real-world case examples, and practical strategies that support interdisciplinary collaboration, trauma-informed care, and systems-level thinking. Attendees will leave inspired, equipped, and empowered to expand their clinical perspective while remaining grounded in ABA principles.
