Chivon Niziolek, Ph.D., BCBA-D is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Program Chair of the M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis program at Loyola University Chicago. She began her career as a practicing behavior analyst, spending approximately 10 years providing and overseeing clinical services before transitioning into higher education. Over the past five years, she has held roles in teaching, program leadership, curriculum development, accreditation, and the mentorship of master’s and doctoral students. Prior to joining Loyola University, Chivon held multiple academic leadership roles at The Chicago School, including Program Chair and Director of Clinical Training.

Chivon’s professional and research interests include behavior-analytic education and training, supervision, organizational behavior management, and translational research. She is especially passionate about preparing thoughtful, skilled behavior analysts and strengthening connections among ABA faculty and training programs. As Academic Affairs Chair, she looks forward to collaborating with colleagues across Illinois to support high-quality behavior-analytic education and strengthen the academic community throughout the state.
